What is the weight of the kiosk?

What are the dimensions of the kiosk?

Are the kiosks mobile?
SeePoint kiosks are not designed to be mobile. If you would like to move your kiosk from one location to another, we would strongly recommend purchasing a travel case.

Does SeePoint offer installation services?
SeePoint kiosks are to be truly plug and play. If you require installation assistance, we offer nationwide support for an additional charge.

What software comes with the kiosk? (Windows XP Pro, MS Office available for fee, other software pre-load available for fee, KioWare and SiteKiosk for fee)
Unless specified on your order, all SeePoint kiosks ship with Microsoft Windows XP. Microsoft Office as well as other kiosk operating system software packages is available upon request. Please speak with one of our sales associated for more information.

My kiosk does not have any power?
First, verify that the unit is plugged in to working power outlet. Second, check if the switch is set to “on” at the base of the kiosk. If neither of these methods work, open the access panel and hit the rocker switch.

How do I calibrate the touch screen?
For ELO Touch Screens:
  1. Go to Start -> Control Panel -> ELO
  2. Double click the ELO icon and click "Align"
  3. Touch the targets to complete the calibration
For Bergquist Touch Screens:
  1. Go to Start -> Programs -> Hampshire T-Sharc Control Panel
  2. Click the Calibration tab
  3. Touch and hold the targets to complete the calibration
How do I plug in a keyboard and mouse?
Open the access panel and you should see all the available USB ports for you.

The monitor goes in to sleep mode after a couple of minutes?
Go the Control Panel and select Power Options. Verify that all of the sleep mode settings are set to "Never".

The mouse/pointer is stuck on one side of the screen?
The bezel (touch screen housing) may be screwed on too tight. You can try relieving some of the pressure on the bezel by loosening the four screws behind the touch screen head. DO NOT over-loosen these screws or the bezel will fall open.

How do I communicate with the Internet?
All SeePoint kiosks include a network connection that is discreetly located for installation in public environments. Integrated 802.11 a,b,g wireless and Cellular Wireless modems are available upon request.

What size LCD’s does SeePoint carry?
Our standard off-the-shelf kiosks are outfitted with either a 15”, 17” or 19” screen. We also offer high bright (sunlight readable), HIPAA Privacy, Anti-Microbial, and large (26”-82”) wide format LCD Screens. Please contact a SeePoint sales associate for more information.

What type of touch screen technology do you offer?
SeePoint kiosks can come with a Five-Wire Resistive, Surface Acoustic Wave, Capacitive, or SecureTouch Touch Screens. We also offer tempered glass panels which are completely vandal resistant.
