Remote Monitoring and Management Subscription Services

SeePoint’s remote management service provides the ability to remotely and securely publish content, change kiosk software and modify the look and feel of the user interface. With remote management, the content on one system or an entire network of systems may be administered from any location with a connection to the Internet. With subscription enrollment, SeePoint can administer all of the network needs including reporting, content management and system oversight. To remotely monitor the ongoing health of your systems, SeePoint will setup software that provides an analysis of operational status and pinpoints any communication issues. Real time notifications and alarms may be sent to a pre-assigned email address or phone number when predefined events occur, 24x7x365 days a year.
