Standard Warranty
All SeePoint kiosks come with a 1 year warranty (return-to-depot for countertop units and on-site for freestanding units).
Extended Warranty
Warranties can be extended for 1 or 2 years for an additional charge.
Hot Swap & Advance Replacement Services
SeePoint offers Hot Swap & Advance Replacement Services which can help our customers ensure maximum uptime with minimum hassle.
SeePoint Technical Support Services
SeePoint’s flexible suite of Technical Support Services (TSS) is available to
all customers who need technical assistance with a SeePoint product. TSS will
help your business by providing fast, reliable, high-quality remote services
and support. Improve uptime and productivity, shorten problem-resolution time
and increase profitability, through SeePoint’s TSS solutions.
SeePoint TSS Help Desk
The SeePoint TSS Help Desk is the first point of contact for all customer issues. The TSS Help Desk provides technical support services, online through email and over the phone from 6am to 6pm (PST). Through our extensive knowledge and experience, we will quickly diagnose any issue that may arise, and determine the quickest route to resolution, ensuring minimum downtime for our customers. 24/7 support available through our custom support services options.
SeePoint TSS Escalation
The SeePoint TSS Escalation team addresses priority issues which are significant enough to negatively impact the customer’s business operations. A SeePoint engineer will immediately open a case file and work with both the TSS Help Desk and the customer to ensure a timely resolution to the issue.
SeePoint TSS Remote Management & Monitoring
SeePoint’s TSS Remote Management & Monitoring services will not only provide visibility to the status of kiosks in the field, but will also allow remote content updates as well as usage statistics reporting.
